AOT Compilation for drasyl CLI

This MR adds the possibility to build a so-called native image of the drasyl cli. This natural image is currently only provided for testing purposes and is therefore not used by default.

Brave users can build and use the image using by running ./mvnw -Pnative package.

Usage in docker can be discussed in #142 (closed).
